MedMen Shares a Vital Update as Coronavirus Continues to Spread in US

Leading United States-based cannabis company, MedMen has decided to reduce its operational hours across several stores in a bid to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic. Amid a sharp surge in corona cases in the United States in the last few days, the company has taken the decision to implement guidelines from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The company has said that it is taking the decision to enhance the health and safety of its customers and employees. Meanwhile, the company is continuously tracking the COVID-19 pandemic in the US.  

So far 2,45,913 cases of coronavirus have been reported from all across the globe and the virus has claimed 10,048 lives globally. In the United States only, 217 people have died due to this lethal virus to date and 14,366 cases have occurred ever since the corona outbreak occurred in the country. 

Meanwhile, MedMen will continue to remain operational for business but the company will have a steady supply of products. Medmen has encouraged its employees to order online amid this crucial juncture as the country continues to fight the virus with complete preparedness.

The company will also have a devoted pick-up area in-store for this service in an effort to move you in and out with the least contact as social distancing is important to prevent further spread of the virus. The company is leaving no stone unturned to keep its customers safe and has decided to take all possible stringent measures to put a brave fight against it.

The company has also issued strict guidelines for its employees regarding maintaining maximum hygiene to combat the virus. MedMen has asked its workforce to wash their hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. The employees have been asked to avoid contact with their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Should they cough or sneeze, they must cover their mouth with a tissue paper or use the inside of elbows. And, they need to drop the tissue instantly into the trash.

Employees need to use hand sanitizers that contain at least 60 percent alcohol.
